In 2013, YSAR+ created technical facilities for a system of remote radiology diagnostics within the framework of a state contract performance.

Thanks to active support from Pavel Serebryakov (Vice-Governor of the Primorski Region), 11 of the region's medical institutions are currently participating in the Tele-healthcare project. These institutions have received, under the program of healthcare modernization, modern tele-healthcare equipment and the Automated System of Remote Tele-healthcare Consultations (software and hardware system developed by YSAR+).

Maria Volkova (Head of the Medical Information and Analytics Center) told at a meeting with directors of medical institutions from the Primorski Region that, from the beginning of project implementation, almost 100 tele-healthcare consultations have been conducted.

Pavel Serebryakov noted: 'Development of tele-healthcare in the region is one of the top-priority areas in the sphere of healthcare'.

He stressed the fact that other medical institutions of the region, when possible, should be included in the project.

We would like to remind that Vladimir Miklushevski (Head of the Region) has repeatedly stressed that creation of a unified information environment will allow efficient usage of both the equipment's diagnostic functionality and intellectual potential and experience of highly-qualified specialists.

Vladimir Miklushevski considers that 'Implementing such a project in the region will allow to make modern high-tech diagnostic methods more accessible to the population'.
