On April 23, 2015, within the framework of the program for lowering mortality from cancer diseases and continuation of collaboration, a top-level meeting was held between the management of YSAR+ CJSC and Mikhail Ignatiev (Head of Chuvashia). The meeting was attended by representatives of public organizations dealing with cancer issues in Russia. Discussions were also attended by Alla Samoylova (Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Chuvash Republic, Minister of Healthcare and Social Development) and Lidiya Voropaeva (Director of the Republic Clinical Cancer-Prevention Center, Budgetary Institution, Ministry of Health and Social Development of Chuvashia). 

Oksana Moldovanova (President of the National Charity Fund for Support to Womens' Health, Russian Representative of the 'Europa Donna' European Coalition against Breast Cancer, Member of the Expert Council of ONF, informed on continuation of developing a system of measures in the region for ensuring lowering of mortality from breast cancer.

Alla Samoylova (Head of the Ministry of Healthcare and Social Development of Chuvashia) stressed that this problem is urgent for Chuvashia, and drew attention to the fact that more specialists are appearing in the Republic whose specialty area covers this cancer disease, with doctors becoming able to detect cancer at early stages.

The Head of the Republic supports the initiative, and notes the importance of early-stage disease diagnosis.
