Contribution of YSAR+ to development of Russian-Singapore bilateral relations
At the general meeting of the Russian-Singapore Business Council, which was held on May 16, 2018 under the leadership of the Chairperson of the Council, Volobuev N. A., the Deputy General Director of Rostec State Corporation, noted remarkable contribution of YSAR+ JSC and its management to development of Russian-Singapore bilateral relations as well as establishment of international cooperation with a view to enter the new foreign markets in the field of medicine, including telemedicine.
In particular, for the purpose of implementation of decisions and recommendations, contemplated by the joint statement of the 8th meeting of intergovernmental Russian-Singapore High-Level Committee dated October 17, 2017, the agreement between YSAR+ JSC, a high-tech company, and United Crest Healthcare, a Singapore company, and Chuvash Republic was signed, joint efforts in designing and integration of system of remote telemedicine consultations, monitoring of a patient condition in virtual hospital mode, including territorially distributed system of storage and dispatching of images in the pilot region - the Chuvash Republic, are being taken. By July 20, 2018 practical implementation of the project is to be launched.
In the business mission delegation of the Russian-Singapore Business Council the representatives of YSAR+ JSC took part in the III Business Forum "Russian-Singapore Business Dialogue", which was held on April 17-18, 2018 in Singapore. The Russian delegation was headed by Volobuev Nikolay Anatolyevich, the Deputy General Director of Rostec State Corporation, and Gruzdev Aleksey Vladimirovich, the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
On April 16, 2018, under the auspices of the Russian Federation Embassy in the Republic of Singapore and Russian-Singapore Business Council, YSAR+ JSC led by Robsky Andrey Sergeevich, Director of Center for International Projects, conducted negotiations with the management of the Singapore National Oncological Centre, which delegation was headed by Thing Choon Hua, Professor, Head of Diagnostic Service. Andrey Meshcheryakov, the Deputy Director of N. N. Blokhin National Medical Research Centre for Oncology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, and Sergey Pronin, the Deputy Chairperson of the Russian-Singapore Business Council also took part in negotiations. The Singapore side noted some unique capabilities of the system required to doctors in the course of diagnostics, treatment and training of specialists, implemented in Russian software complex.
On April 17, within Innovations and Digital Technologies in Healthcare section, Andrey Robsky and Professor Andrey Meshcheryakov delivered the report to the subject: "Multifunctional Tool for Automation of Screening and Diagnostic Processes - System of Description of Recommendations and Statistics (SDRS)". Specialized software developed by YSAR+ JSC with participation of N. N. Blokhin National Medical Research Centre for Oncology was successfully integrated in several regions of the Russian Federation and ensures both formalization of actions of certain specialists and standardization of the process in general. Through the formalized data input, the system automatically forms the basis of more detailed analysis of accumulated data in order to support the decisions made and form the educational content.
With the support of RSBC, on April 19-20 the delegation of YSAR+ JSC visited 7 private hospitals in Singapore. Representatives of medical establishments showed interest in technologies offered by YSAR+ JSC and readiness to consider the cooperation proposal.
At the general meeting of the Russian-Singapore Business Council, Robsky Sergey Yuryevich, the Director of YSAR+ JSC, was nominated by all members of the Council and became a Member of the Board as the Deputy Chairperson of the Russian-Singapore Business Council.
