New level of diagnostics in the Murmansk Region

Within the framework of the Healthy North program (healthcare development in the Murmansk Region), YSAR+ ensured supply and implementation of a software and hardware complex for diagnostics of cancerous diseases and cancer and their detection at early stages.

The System of Computer Radiography and the JEMYS Software and Hardware Tele-healthcare Complex with the module of the System of Descriptions, Recommendations and Statistics of Mammography Screening was supplied to the Murmansk Regional Cancer-Prevention Center (State Regional Budgetary Healthcare Institution).

A special module for automation of screening process (system of descriptions, recommendations and statistics of mammography screening) simplifies routine work of diagnosticians, ensures standardization of their activities, helps to perfect self-education, and allows to gather and analyze statistical reports.

The software and hardware complex is integrated in existing IT infrastructure of the Cancer-Prevention Center; instructions were provided and medical personnel was trained to work with the system. A possibility was ensured to conduct remote consultations with the leading specialists of the Russian Cancer Research Centre named after N. N. Blokhin, for future elaboration of the strategy of the most optimal algorithm of refined diagnostics and treatment, as well as expert re-evaluation of diagnostic examination results.
