Improved Automated System of Remote Tele-healthcare Consultations (ASRTC)

At the meeting of the Information Council of the Samara Regional Medical Information and Analytics Center, plans were discussed for putting in operation a new version of the ASRTC

The meeting was attended by Vladimir Bondarenko (Chief Consultant of Information Technologies Department of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Samara Region), Vladimir Obydenov (Head of Information Department of the Territorial Fund of Obligatory Medical Insurance of the Samara Region), Maxim Bagaev (Regional Director of YSAR+ CJSC), representatives of IT companies, and employees of the Medical Information and Analytics Center. Using the remote mode, 85 treatment-and-prophylactic institutions participated in the council.

Maxim Bagaev acquainted the participants of the meeting with functionality of a new version of the ASRTC. Updated system allows perfection of work of tele-healthcare sections in medical institutions. In particular, integration is planned with the regional archive of medical images, organization of prompt saving of patients' data, and other measures. Besides, the new version of the system will give possibility to implement a 3-level mammography screening.
