Visit of the Chief Oncologist to the Chuvash Republic

On September 8, Mikhail Davydov (Chief Oncologist of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation, Director of the Russian Scientific Center for Cancer Studies named after N. N. Blokhin, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor) made an official visit to the Chuvash Republic.
Mikhail Davydov has highly praised development of cancer-prevention work in Chuvashia, stressing that specialists from the Blokhin Russian Scientific Center for Cancer Studies will continue sharing experience with Chuvash doctors in the future as well.
Today, Mikhail Ignatiev (Head of Chuvashia) and Mikhail Davydov (Chief Oncologist of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation, Director of the Blokhin Russian Scientific Center for Cancer Studies, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor) also visited the new surgical complex of the Republic Clinical Oncologic Center.
'It is a modern complex. The level is that of European institutions. It's brilliant', said Mikhail Davydov (Chief Oncologist of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation).
In the scientific-and-consultation center, the country's chief oncologist conducted a remote consultation between the Cheboksary Regional Clinical Oncologic Center and the Blokhin Russian Scientific Center for Cancer Studies. Specialized software installed by Yusar+ JSC in the scientific-and-consulting center allows to conduct tele-healthcare consultations and joint doctors' consultations with experts from the Blokhin Russian Scientific Center for Cancer Studies.
