Innovative Solutions for the Republic of Cyprus

At the meeting with Mrs.Andri Anastasiades

YSAR+ JSC continues preparations for the introduction of its unique innovative technology for the automation of breast cancer screening in the Republic of Cyprus. The System of Description, Recommendations and Statistics for Mammographic Screening was developed YSAR+ JSC with the participation of leading Russian experts from N.N. Blokhin Russian Cancer Research Center, Federal State Budgetary Institution under the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

Negotiations were held with the responsible executives of the Ministry of Health of Cyprus, with the administrators and doctors of a number of Cypriot state and private clinics.

 

Andrey Robsky, Director of the Center for International Projects of YSAR+ JSC, informed Mrs. Andri Anastasiades, the First Lady of Cyprus, about the project at a private audience.

YSAR+ JSC is a participant of the 10th Intergovernmental Russian-Cyprus Commission on Economic Cooperation. The proposal for cooperation on the automation of breast cancer screening in the Republic of Cyprus is fixed in the final Minutes of the 10th Intergovernmental Russian-Cyprus Commission on Economic Cooperation.

 

The results of the work were presented at a meeting of the Working Group of the Russian-Cyprus Intergovernmental Commission (RCIC) on Economic Cooperation held in Moscow on March 1, 2018. The meeting was held at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation under the joint chairmanship of Mikhail Valerievich Anisimov, Director of the Department for Europe, North America and International Organizations of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, and Mrs. Georgia Solomonidou Christofidou, Director for the Implementation of European Programs of the General Directorate for European Programs, Coordination and Development of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Cyprus

 

In the final Minutes of the of the working meeting it was stated that YSAR+ JSC informed the Cypriot party about the advantages of the offered breast cancer screening system. The Cypriot party via CIPA (Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency) is planning to promote the technological audit of breast cancer screening system in the private clinics of the Republic of Cyprus.

The Embassy of the Russian Federation in Nicosia and the Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus in Moscow supported the project and are assisting the ongoing activities.
