In collaboration with partners, JSC "YSAR+" completed installation and commissioning work for the implementation of an integrated digital operating room at the multifunctional medical center for chronic diseases, part of the MEDSCAN group of companies, in the international medical cluster of the Skolkovo Innovation Center.

The implemented hardware and software system converts all types of medical information used during surgeries into digital format. This opens up extensive opportunities for processing, archiving, transmitting, and analyzing it without compromising high diagnostic quality.

The digital operating room is designed for both abdominal and endoscopic surgeries. Its key feature is centralized data management and visualization. Doctors can simultaneously monitor the progress of the surgery using a touchscreen monitor, track various medical information on two screens, and display data from the Radiological Information System with a 3D image archiving module (RIS+PACS) from "YSAR+" on a fourth screen.

Integrating RIS/PACS into the operating room infrastructure provides diagnosticians with all the necessary tools for creating reports, archiving, and sending images using the DICOM standard, which is especially important for telemedicine consultations.

The implementation of digital solutions significantly improves the quality and cost-effectiveness of surgical interventions by:

• Optimizing the work of the entire surgical team;
• Providing real-time video consultations with leading specialists located outside the operating room. This allows for expert opinions at the most critical moment;
• Immediately providing surgeons with all the necessary additional information: patient data, X-rays, lab results, etc.
