Implementation of the Oncoscreening project at enterprises

.
On April 11, RT-Medicine JSC launched a pilot project in the Omsk Region aimed at improving the accessibility and quality of medical care for company employees, focusing on the timely detection and prevention of preclinical cancer.

YSAR+ JSC is RT-Medicine's technology partner for this project.

Doctors use a product manufactured by YSAR+ in their daily work, which has enabled the effective detection of oncological diseases in the early stages. This 100% domestically developed medical device includes teleradiology software and an innovative solution—the Description, Recommendations, and Statistics System (DRS) (registered by the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare). DRS has undergone clinical trials in various regions of the Russian Federation and is a standardized system for the terminologically correct description of changes detected during various breast examinations.

The project involves the organization and implementation of mammography screening. The goal of population-based mammography screening is to divide the entire female population actively screened into groups with different recommendations after the first or subsequent round of screening. The technology is based on monitoring the health of workers as a key factor in the early detection of oncological diseases.

Two SORS workstations have been deployed at the regional oncology center, where patient registration and reporting of diagnostic test results are performed. RT-Medicine analyzes the data obtained and prepares consolidated reports for the Corporation. Two enterprises are participating in the pilot project, and over 1,200 women will be screened.
