The Russian company YSAR+, an IT partner of the Rostec State Corporation, has completed the delivery of specialized artificial intelligence-based software for visualizing, processing, and storing medical information to Uganda.

The delivery of modern software for Uganda's healthcare system was supported by the Russia-Singapore Business Council and the active assistance of Rostec's Deputy Representative in Uganda, E.V. Eliseev.

YSAR+ is implementing the first such project on the African continent. The initiative's main objective is to use digital technologies to improve Uganda's healthcare system and address one of the country's key challenges: the low rate of early disease diagnosis.

"Our partner professionally provides federal and regional customers with IT solutions as part of government targeted programs and comprehensive healthcare projects, ranging from the digitalization of perinatal centers to the implementation of screening programs for the early detection of cancer among Rostec employees. The African market is part of the Corporation's strategic interests. "The successful execution of the contract by JSC YSAR+ in Uganda confirms the high professional level of domestic IT manufacturers and will enable the Corporation to develop relationships with partners on the African continent," emphasized Nikolay Volobuyev, Deputy CEO of Rostec and Chairman of the Russia-Singapore Business Council.
