The JEMYS software is operating as part of a mobile diagnostic complex in the Arkhangelsk region

.
On May 19, 2023, the Arkhangelsk Region received mobile units to provide preventive examinations and medical care to residents of remote areas of the region. These domestically produced mobile units are equipped with everything necessary to conduct comprehensive diagnostic examinations and consultations.

The automated diagnostic physician workstation includes the "JEMYS: Telemedicine (version 4.0.1) software, including the Mammography Screening Recommendations and Statistics Description System" (registered by Roszdravnadzor of the Russian Federation) manufactured by JSC YSAR+.

This 100% domestically developed medical device will allow the mobile unit's mobile team not only to efficiently examine patients in remote and hard-to-reach areas of the region but also, if necessary, to promptly consult with experts from regional and federal specialized competence centers in complex cases.

Using the recommendation and statistics description system, the diagnostic physician will provide a terminologically correct description of the detected changes in accordance with international standards and select the appropriate course of action for each patient.

This YSAR+ solution has been successfully used in Russian regions since 2016 and, through the automation of diagnostic physician work, ensures compliance with Order No. 560n of the Russian Ministry of Health dated June 9, 2020, "On Approval of the Rules for Conducting X-ray Examinations," as well as with Russian Government Resolution No. 1640 dated December 26, 2017, "On Approval of the State Program of the Russian Federation 'Healthcare Development'" (http://government.ru/rugovclassifier/855/events/).

During the week-long operation of the mobile complex, 200 studies were transmitted via 3G/4G networks within the secure ViPNet network using the Jemys Telemedicine program. All studies were successfully uploaded to the Jemys Mammography physician station at Severodvinsk City Hospital No. 2.
