The Day of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (Moscow, Russia)
In the program "Academy of Medical Sciences of the day" round table "Electronic medical history.The current state of computer technology and telecommunications, distribution, Internet, VoIP communications, videoconferencing became available to the physician on its computer network. Providing remoteInternet or VPN access to information allows the physician to effectively perform remote consultation and training.
During a discussion meeting, specialists from YSAR+, in collaboration with the Cancer Center's leading experts, demonstrated in real time the telehealthcare consultation technology. Analysis of situation and information exchange was done with the usage of data obtained from patient's electronic health record (system used in the Russian Scientific Center for Cancer Studies named after N. N. Blokhin, Russian Academy of Medical Sciences).
