A Reliable Tool in Professionals’ Hands

This year, Primorye doctors have conducted almost 800 online consultations using tele-healthcare technologies by YSAR+.

In 2013, YSAR+, in the course of implementation of a state contract, created the technological basis for an online radiation diagnostic system. From that moment, the specialists of the Children's Tuberculosis Hospital held about 7 thousand telemedicine consultations, both at the regional and federal levels.

The Children's Tuberculosis Hospital in Primorye is one of the first institutions in the region to have successfully introduced and used tele-healthcare technologies for a long time. This year alone, 785 online consultations were held here. Specialists of the Children's Tuberculosis Hospital give consultations to and consult with not only their colleagues in Primorye, but also those in the federal specialized center in St. Petersburg Research Institute of Phthisiopulmonology

“Primorsky Territory has a vast territory, and now we are able to provide specialized consultative assistance to remote areas. From there, digital x-ray studies are sent to us, we interpret them and give our recommendations. As a result, the doctor receives a protocol with the collegial decision of three specialists, which helps him/her to properly guide the patient and to make a decision on treatment,” says Svetlana Osina, deputy chief physician for medical matters.
